This is measured in aggregate to understand which parts of the site are useful.

Usage information is used to improve the site, for example to see which service pages people actually read and which ones need better answers.

We don't sell your information. We don't rent or trade it. We don't add you to a marketing list because you asked for an estimate.

We share information only where it's necessary to run the business: with the software that hosts this site and delivers our forms and email, and with anyone we're legally required to give it to.

We keep inquiry information as long as it's useful for serving you and for our business records. If you'd like us to delete what you sent, ask and we will.
