Pro Innovations started the way most good contracting outfits do: with equipment, long days, and word of mouth. Over 35 years later, we’re still based in Crittenden, still answering our own phone, and still built around one simple idea. When you hire us, you hire everything the job needs.

Here’s the part we’re proudest of: we got here without marketing. No ads, no sales team, no billboards. Just exceptional work delivered over and over until the demand outran the name. It’s how we became a production sitework partner to Drees Homes (grade work, final grades, and topsoil, year after year) and a land development contractor for Fischer Homes. Builders that size don’t keep calling crews that miss.

Most projects that touch the ground need four or five different companies: someone to clear, someone to dig, someone to haul, someone to pour, someone to put the yard back together. We do all of it. That’s not a slogan, it’s the actual roster: excavators, dozers, rollers, skid steers, concrete crews, and a 14-truck dump fleet running under our own DOT authority.
